By scheduling an examination with Immigration Medical, you agree to these terms.
Examination scope
An immigration medical examination is a standardized assessment required by USCIS, IRCC, the UK Home Office, or the Australian Department of Home Affairs. It is not a substitute for primary care.
Sealed envelopes
USCIS requires the I-693 in a sealed envelope. You must not open the envelope; doing so invalidates the exam and may require a repeat examination at additional cost.
Payment and cancellation
Payment is due at the time of service. Cancellations made more than 24 hours before your appointment receive a full refund of any deposit.
