India is one of the largest source countries for immigration to the US, UK, Canada, and Australia. Because India is on every major destination country’s TB high-incidence list, the medical exam requirements are stricter than for applicants from low-incidence countries.

For US (I-693)

If you’re already in the US on a non-immigrant visa and applying for adjustment of status, see any USCIS Civil Surgeon. If you’re consular-processing from India, use a Panel Physician approved by the US Embassy in New Delhi or one of the Consulates. The exam is the DS-2054, not the I-693.

For UK

Use an IOM-approved clinic in Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, or Kolkata. The TB test is mandatory for all settlement visa applicants from India.

For Canada (IRCC)

Use any IRCC Panel Physician in India. Upfront medicals are widely available and recommended.

For Australia (eMedical)

Bupa-approved clinics in major Indian cities. Available in most state capitals and several smaller cities.
